While The METISfiles was focused on preparing the CIO Travel Guide For 2012, I also contributed to a more traditional set of predictions and recommendations from the virtual ICT Research Network. This network consists of a number of independent ICT Analyst and “Boutiques” that have agreed to launch a first “Crowd-forecasting” exercise, that now results in this first set of “ ICT Predictions 2012”, with a particular focus on Europe.
